摘要
德育的对象是人,从哲学角度讲,人是理性与非理性的统一体。单纯传授理性知识、培养理性能力,忽视情感、意志、需要、信念等非理性因素的德育,必然导致人们知行脱节,言行不一。若要提高德育实效性,我们就必须以主体德育观为指南,在确立德育的目的、选择德育的内容、方法和途径的时候全面考虑人的理性因素和非理性因素的和谐发展。
The object of moral education is human, from the philosophical point of view, human is the entity of rational and irrational factors. Ignoring the irrational factors, such as emotion, will, need and belief, just indoctrinating students with rational knowledge and fostering their rational ability in the moral education, inevitably result in the disaccord between the words and conduct from them. In order to improve effectiveness of moral education, we must take into account entirely the harmonious development of rational and irrational factors.
