摘要
残余应力对金属材料的使用性能影响很大,消除构件中的不利残余应力,保持其尺寸的稳定性,提高产品质量,是工业技术中的一项重要课题。本文将就近年来国内外开展的振动时效技术与对残余应力的影响作一个综述,并指出当前的研究所存在的问题。
Residual stress has a significant effect on the behaviour of metal material and its useable properties. It is very important for us to remove the residual stress in structures so that we can keep the stability of sizes for structure and keep the reliability of products.This paper summarizes the techniques of yibratory stress relief and its effects on residual stress of recent research work in China and other countries. The problems in present research work are indicated in this paper also.
