摘要
本文针对2A12-T4棒材在锯切过程中发生的开裂现象,从合金特性、铸造应力、残余车削加工应力、均匀化处理后的淬火效应、残余挤压应力和残余淬火应力等方面,分析了2A12-T4棒材锯切开裂的原因,提出了预防开裂的一些措施。
Aiming at the cracking phenomenon of 2A12-T4 bar in the sawing process, the causes of sawing cracking for 2A12-T4 bar was analyzed from the aspects of the alloy characteristics, casting stress, residual turning machining stress ,quenching eft)ct after homogenizing treatment, residual extrusion stress and residual quenching stress, then some measures to prevent cracking were proposed.
