摘要
研究了热处理工艺对690合金显微组织及其抗腐蚀和应力腐蚀性能的影响.将国产690合金样品与国外同类产品作了对比分析.结果显示,国产样品显微组织已与国外同类产品基本相同;对应不同热处理工艺,合金的显微结构有很大区别,沿晶界析出的碳化物大小、形貌也不同,抗腐蚀和应力腐蚀的性能存在明显差异.选择合适的热处理条件,可以获得抗腐蚀和应力腐蚀性能优异的合金材料.结果也表明,690合金与600合金相比,前者C、S含量低于后者,Cr含量高于后者近一倍.在显微结构上,690合金中碳化物是更为细薄的连续分布。690合金具备比600等合金更优异的抗腐蚀和应力腐蚀性能。
This paper studied the influence of heat treatment condition on the microstructure, attack and SCC resistance of Inconel alloy 690. Comparison between the alloy 690 sample made in China and abroad was carried out. The results show that heat treatment has a great effect on the microstructure and the performance of attack and SCC resistance. The studies also show that the chromium composition in Inconel 690 is nearly twice as much in Inconel 600 and the carbide precipitation is more fine and homogeneous in distribution. It is concluded that alloy 690 has better attack and SCC resistance than alloy 600.
