摘要
VRS是网络环境下参考咨询的重要方式。通过网上调查和数据分析显示,我国高校图书馆VRS的开展整体处于起步阶段,功能不完善,标准化与合作化程度不高。
Virtual Reference Service(VRS) is the important way of Reference Services under the network environment.Through the online investigation and data analysis,the development of academic library VRS of our contry is at the starting stage wholly,the function is not perfect,standardization and cooperative transformation degree are not high.It consultes the VRS and carried on the discussion in developing academic library finally.
