分析了高校图书馆数字化参考咨询服务的优势,探讨了目前数字参考咨询服务存在的问题,提出了数字参考咨询服务的发展思路。
This paper analyzes the superiorities of university library in carrying out the digital reference service, probes into the problems existing in the current digital reference service, and puts forward some ideas for developing the digital reference service.
