摘要
以高分子金属络合物为催化剂,用氧气做氧化剂制备了硫化促进剂N 环己基 2 苯并噻唑次磺酰胺,探索了原料配比、反应时间、反应温度等对反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件.
N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide,one kind of vulcanization accelerants,was prepared by an environmentally friendly method applying metal polymer complexes as catalyst and oxygen as oxidant.The effects of the ratio of reactants,reaction time,temperature and the amount of catalyst on the reaction were studied.
