摘要
该文通过对促进剂CBS小试所确定的工艺路线进行了200t/a的中试实验,完善和改进了有关技术,确定的最佳中试工艺条件为:原料配比/2(促进剂M):n(环己胺)=1:(1.75~2.0);n(促进剂M):n(H2O2)=1:(1.25~1.3);氧化温度:45~50℃;氧化时间:4.5~5.0h。稳定运行结果表明,产品熔点≥97℃,收率以M计达到93%以上,产品质量全部达到一级品的标准,优级品率为88%。
According to the technology decided by small scale test,the middle scale test of 200 t/a has been done for accelerator CBS. The optimal process conditions are: n (accelerator M ) : n (cyclohexylamine) = 1: ( 1.75 ~2.0 ), n ( accelerator M) :n ( hydrogen peroxide) = 1 : ( 1.25~ 1.3 ), oxidation temperature 45 ~ 50℃ and oxidation time 4.5~5.0 h. The result of steady operation shows that,the melting point of the product ≥97℃, the yield is over 93%, all the products attain the A1 quality, and the rate of high-class product is 88 %.
