摘要
该文通过对促进剂CBS小试所确定的工艺路线进行了200t／a的中试实验，完善和改进了有关技术，确定的最佳中试工艺条件为：原料配比／2（促进剂M）：n（环己胺）=1：（1．75～2．0）；n（促进剂M）：n（H2O2）=1：（1．25～1．3）；氧化温度：45～50℃；氧化时间：4．5～5．0h。稳定运行结果表明，产品熔点≥97℃，收率以M计达到93％以上，产品质量全部达到一级品的标准，优级品率为88％。
According to the technology decided by small scale test,the middle scale test of 200 t/a has been done for accelerator CBS. The optimal process conditions are： n （accelerator M ） ： n （cyclohexylamine） = 1： （ 1.75 ～2.0 ）, n （ accelerator M） ：n （ hydrogen peroxide） = 1 ： （ 1.25～ 1.3 ）, oxidation temperature 45 ～ 50℃ and oxidation time 4.5～5.0 h. The result of steady operation shows that,the melting point of the product ≥97℃, the yield is over 93%, all the products attain the A1 quality, and the rate of high-class product is 88 %.
