摘要
研究了氧气氧化合成硫化促进剂CBS的方法,探索了原料比、搅拌速度和反应温度、时间、压力等条件对反应收率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。稳定运行结果表明,产品熔点≥98℃,收率可以达到90%以上,产品质量全部达到一级品的标准。
Synthesis process of cure accelerator CBS by oxygen oxidation is studied. The influence factors of reaction yield such as raw material ratio, stirring speed, reaction temperature, reaction time and reaction pressure are studied. The optimum process conditions are determined. The result of steady operation shows that the melting point of the product ≥98 ℃, the yield is over 90% , the product quality attains the Al.
