ATP-氯化镁对家兔急性脑缺血再灌流损伤的保护效应 被引量:2

摘要 采用四条血管阻断方法制成家兔急性全脑缺血再灌流模型,观察家兔脑皮质的超微结构变化,并利用立体形态计量分析方法测定神经细胞的线粒体比表面,结果发现,单纯缺血时家兔脑组织神经细胞及其细胞器、神经胶皮细胞、毛细血管等均有较严重的损害,而缺血再灌流后上述结构损害进一步加重。线粒体比表面测定结果显示,单纯缺血时比表面明显减少,而缺血再灌流后比表面进一步减少,用ATP治疗后上述改变仍存在,而用ATP-氯化镁治疗后,上述指标与正常对照组相比无明显差异。 The model of forebrain ischemia and reperfusion in rabbits was made by four vessles occlusion. The ultrastructural changes of cerebral cortex were observed and the mitochondira specific surface of nerve cells was measured by the method of steromorphologic measure. The nerve cell, glia cell,mitochodria and capillary etc of the brain tissue were damaged during the simpie ischemia and further damaged after reperfusion. The mitochondria specific surface was reduced during the simple ischemia and further reduced after reperfusion. The above mentioned changes in the ATP administration group were quite similar to the ischemic reperfusion group, but that in ATP-magnesium chloride administration group were no different fromthe normal control group.
