摘要
①目的 观察小鼠在急性重复低氧过程中脑皮质神经元的超微结构变化。②方法 应用急性重复低氧的小鼠模型,对脑皮 层神经元进行超微结构的研究。③结果 低氧组小鼠皮层神经元的线粒体肿胀、内质网破坏明显,低氧预适应组小鼠皮层神经元的线 粒体、内质网完整。④结论 经低氧预处理的小鼠皮层神经元线粒体、内质网等超微结构与正常对照组相比无明显影响。
Objective Observing the ultrastructure change of cerebral cortex neuron in the course of acute repeated hypoxia mice to offer morphological foundation. Methods The mouse model of rapid repeated hypoxia is utilized and the ultrastructural change of cerebral cortex neuron is studied by electron microscope. Results Mitochondrion and endoplasmic reticulum destroyed in hypoxia group,however they are almost normal in hypoxia preconditioning group. Conclusions The ultrastructural change cr. cerebral cortex neuron in hypoxia preconditioning group obviously approach to that in normal control group.
