摘要
现代企业管理中的“人本管理”就是要充分体现“以人为本”的思想意识。本文论述了“人”与“本”在企业管理中的内在辩证关系。“人本管理”是一种比较新型的、系统的管理方式,代表着现代企业管理的发展方向,是值得我们研究的一个重要课题。
Ideology that “the management of people ” in modern business administration should just fully (reflect)“ people first ”. This text has described the inherent dialectical relation of “ people ” and “ first ”in business administration.“ this management of people ” is the management style of a kind of more new-type system, represent developing direction of modern business administration, is an important subject which worth our studying.
