摘要
本文利用敏感半导体陶瓷的显微物理模型,计算了BaTiO_3基PTC陶瓷材料的耐压特性。结果表明,PTC陶瓷材料的耐压性能与施主浓度、表面态密度、颗粒尺寸和颗粒尺寸分布及散热条件等有关。这些结果与已有实验结果相符,它们为PTC陶瓷耐压设计与测量提供了理论基础。
Withstand-voltage characteristics of donor-doped semiconducting Barium Titanate PTC ceramics have been calculated by using a microstructure physical model of sensitive ceramics.The results show that the withstand-voltage is affected by donor concentration,surface state den-sity,grain size and distribution,heat dissipation coefficient.These theoretical results are consis-tent with experimental results.They may provide a basis of theory for designing and measuring the withstand-voltage of PTC ceramics.
