摘要
研究了 Zn O不同含量对 Zn Cr2 O4 湿敏陶瓷线性度及 Li Cl,Al2 O3,Ca CO3掺杂对湿阻特性的影响。实验表明 :增加 Zn O的含量 ,可提高湿敏陶瓷的线性度 ;加入 Ca2 +可提高湿敏陶瓷的机械强度 ,降低烧结温度。
How the linear degree of ZnCr 2O 4 humidity sensitive ceramic is affected by different content of ZnO,and how the humidity resistance characteristics of the ceramic are affected by the mixture of LiCl,Al 2O 3 and CaCO 3 are studied.The experimental results give the fact that increasing ZnO ratio can improve the linearity of humidity sensitive ceramic and doping of Ca can raise mechanical strength and drop down the sintering temperature.
