摘要
短路电流不断增大,采用限流的方式进行短路保护是一种有效的保护方式。使用PTC元件进行限流保护是一种新型的保护方式,具有可恢复性和可重复使用的特点,且对于大电流的分断具有很大的应用潜力。该文对现有限流保护技术进行总结与比对,对PTC研究存在问题进行系统分析,阐述罗列现有PTC种类以及适用用途,并对其耐压大电流冲击方案进行可行性分析。最后对其全文进行总结,给出限流应用PTC拟解决方案。
Aimed at the increasing of the short circuit current, the current limiting is an effective way to achieve the short-circuit protection. To adopt PTC components in the current-limiting protection is a new method in this area, which not only can be both recoverable and reusable, but also has the great potential of application in the area of the large current breaker. This paper mainly summarizes and compares existing methods for current-limiting protection. What's more, it systematically analyzes the problems in the research on PTC and listed on the types and applications of those PTC in being. More importantly, detailed analysis . is made in this paper on the feasibility for the solution related to PTC's withstand voltage as well as its large current shock. Finally, the full text and get the drafting solution for the PTC's application in current limit is summarized.
