摘要 目的 :观察血清转化生长因子 β1(TGF - β1)在不同严重度以及治疗前后哮喘患者的浓度变化。方法 :对治疗前的哮喘发作组 (分轻度和中重度组 )和正常对照组用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)测定TGF -β1浓度 ,对治疗后的哮喘发作组再用ELISA测定TGF - β1浓度。结果 :治疗前哮喘发作组血清TGF - β1浓度较正常对照组低 ,中重度组较轻度组低 ,各组间差异均有显著性 (P <0. 0 0 1)。治疗后中重度组中TGF -β1浓度升高明显 ,与治疗前比较 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 . 0 0 1)。轻度组中TGF - β1浓度升高不明显 ,与治疗前比较 ,差异没有统计学意义 (P >0 . 5 )。结论 :在全身系统中 ,TGF - β1可能起到抑制哮喘的作用 ,为治疗哮喘提供一个新的思路。 Objective:To detect the different levels of transforming growth factor β 1(TGF-β 1) in serum of asthma in different groups( both pre and post treated).Methods:There were two groups,clinically asthmatics and healthy control subjects.Pre and post treatment,the levels of TGF-β 1 were measured in both groups.Results:Before treated,normal control subjects had the highest levels of TGF-β 1 compared with mild asthmatics and moderate-severe asthmatics.Within the group of asthmatic subjects,the TGF-β 1 levels were higher in mild asthmatics compared with severe asthmatics.There were statistically significant differences between each group (P<0 001).After treated,the TGF-β 1 levels increased in moderate-severe asthmatics compared with the same group pre-treated(P<0 001).Conclusion:TGF-β 1 in peripheral blood might be an important factor for the suppression of asthma.
