摘要 目的 探讨始前教学策略在社区护理课中的教学方法及效果。方法 采用实验性研究设计 ,选择本院 2 0 0 1级护理 1,2班及 2 0 0 2级护理 1,2班为研究对象 ,随机将单数班作为实验组 ,双数班作为对照组 ,实验班运用“始前教学策略”的方法教学 ,对照班采用传统的社区护理教学方法教学 ,教学后 ,在相同条件下测验实验班和对照班的教学效果 ,所得资料均采用SPSS软件进行统计学处理。结果 实验班多数护生赞成采用始前教学策略进行社区护理课堂教学 ,且考试及格人数 (P <0 .0 5 )和成绩 (R实 =0 .4 998,R对 =0 .6 2 81)均优于对照班。结论 在社区护理课教学中运用始前教学策略切实可行 ,能明显提高社区护理教学质量。 Objective To study the teaching method and effect of preceding teaching strategy on community nursing teaching. Methods An experimental design is used, nursing students of class 1 and class 2 of the year 2001 and 2002 were enrolled in this study .They were randomly divided into the experimental group (the singular number of class)and the controled group (the even number).The experimental group adopted the preceding teaching strategy while the control group continued the traditional community nursing teaching method .We tested the teaching effect and used SPSS for stratistical analysis. Results Achievements of students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group by examination(P<0.05,R 实=0.499 8,R 对=0.628 1). Conclusion It is worth carrying on preceding teaching strategy in community nursing teaching .It is effective to improve the quality of community nursing teaching.
