摘要
针对2003年以来经济运行中出现的增长速度过快等不稳定、不健康因素,中央作出了加强和改善宏观调控的决策。通过采取必要的经济、法律、行政的手段和措施,使国民经济出现了既快又好的发展态势。
As some unstable and unhealthy factors,such as too fast growth speed,appeared in the last year's economic activities, the central government made a decision of strengthening and improving macro-control. By way of taking necessary methods of economy, law and administration, the national economy is developing well and fast.
