摘要
本文给出了光纤Mach-Zehnder干涉传感系统交流相位跟踪(PTAC)零差检测的理论分析和实验研究;提出了PTAC相位检测法适宜的工作状态;描述并分析了作者设计、建立的一套完整的光纤Mach-Zehnder干涉仪及其PTAC相位检测实验系统.该系统得到了10^(-4)rad量级的相位检测灵敏度.
In this paper, theoretical and experimental studies on the Alternating Current phase tracking (PTAC) homodyne detecting system used in fiber optic Mach-Zehnder interferometer sensings are described. Operating condition suitable for PTAC detecting system is analyzed. A set of experimental system is designed and constructed. Sensitivity of the order of 10-4 rad has been achieved.
