摘要
本文给出了Mach-Zehnder光纤干涉传感系统直流相位跟踪(PTDC)零差检测的理论分析和实验研究;描述、分析了作者设计建立的一套光纤干涉传感测量实验系统,在该系统上得到了1mrad的相位检测灵敏度;同时提供了系统的分析设计方法和框图。
The theoretical and experimental studies on the Direct Current Phase Tracking (PTDC) homodyne detecting system used in fiber optic Mach-Zehnder interferometer sensings are described in this paper. A set of experimental system is designed and constructed. And a sensitivity of 1 mrad has been achieved. The analysing and designing methods as well as the block chart of the experimental system are presented.
