摘要
给出了一种数字式光纤Mach Zehnder干涉测量实验系统.基于光纤相位传感原理,设计了数字式相位检测电路以及压力、温度、位移的功能型光纤传感器.标定实验的结果表明,压力、温度和位移传感器的测量分辨率分别为0.03kPa、0.07℃、2.5μm.
A digital fiber optic Mach-Zehnder interferometric measurement system is designed and demonstrated. Based on phase demodulation sensing technique, fiber optic sensors of pressure, temperature and displacement are designed and tested. The calibration experiments are conducted,which show that resolutions of pressure, temperature and displacement are gained as 0.03?kPa, 0.07?℃ and 2.5?μm, respectively.
