摘要
以二氯乙醚为连接剂,利用脂肪叔胺合成了一种长链的双季铵盐化合物(BQA1),用交流阻抗、扫描电子显微镜等方法研究了BQA1在Q235钢表面的吸附、缓蚀机理.研究结果表明:在模拟油田水介质中BQA1对碳钢具有较为显著的缓蚀作用.因此,可以尝试将BQA1作为油田污水处理系统的缓蚀剂使用.
Bisquats is a kind of surfaceactive agent which has applicable foreground and is widely used in many industrial fields,but it is hardly referred about its mechanism of corrosion inhibition in oilfield productive water.In this paper,a kind of bisquats compound was successfully synthesized with straight chain amine as matrix and dichloroethyl ether as link agent.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scanning electronical microscopy were used to evaluate the corrosion inhibition effect of BQA1 on the surface of Q235 steel in the simulated oilfield water.The experiment results show that it has distinct corrosion inhibition performance in the simulated oilfield water.At the same time,the mechanism of mechanism of BQA1 on corrosion inhibition was also probed into.So it could be taken into account that BQA1 be used as corrosion inhibitor in the oilfield sewage disposal system.
