碱性条件下聚苯胺的合成及电化学腐蚀行为 被引量:1

Synthesis of Polyaniline under Alkaline Conditions and Its Electrochemical Corrosion Behavior

摘要 在碱性条件下合成出导电聚苯胺粉末,测定了聚苯胺的红外光谱、电导率、粒径分布、极化曲线及电化学阻抗谱。结果表明,当pH为12.18时,电导率可达到8.35×10^-2S/cm;聚苯胺粉末粒径分布范围为0.44-43.57μm;聚苯胺涂层可使钢铁的腐蚀电位正移,腐蚀电流密度下降,阻抗值变大,提高了钢铁的防腐蚀性能。 The conductive polyaniline was polymerized under alkaline conditions. The infrared spectrum, conductivity, panicle size distribution, polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were determined. The results show that the conductivity can reach 8.35 10^-2 S/cm at pH value 12. 18 and the distribution range of polyaniline particle size is 0. 44 - 43.57μm. The polyaniline coating can make the corrosion potential of steel move positively, the corrosion current density decreased, impedance value increased, and the corrosion protection of steel improved.
