摘要
本文以山定子(Malusbaccata)和苹果矮化自根砧M9为试材,对长枝的顶芽、顶尖、叶片和木质部中的ABA、IAA和GA3含量年变化进行了分析。结果表明,砧木内源激素水平年变化规律与树体生长规律的变化基本一致;矮化砧(M9)和山定子相比,在被迫休眠期CA3含量高,萌动期IAA增加速度快,但在新梢旺长期间,GA3;IAA含量逐减;长枝各组织、器官,在不同物候期,内源激素分别不同程度地存在差异,且相对稳定。据此,认为一年中指定器官、指定时间内,砧木内源激素的含量差异可作为矮化预测指标。
We observed aunual endohormone(ABA. GA3.IAA)changs in termina bud,tip,leafand rylem of long branches of apple stocks(M9,Stock and Malus baccata,).The resultsshowed as follows:(l)Annual changts of endohormone in long branches were coincidedwith their growing curves,(2)Compared with Malus baccata GA3 was higher in dormantperiod;in Sprouting,IAA increased also faster,while,during branch growing period bothGA3 and IAA decreased gradually.(3)Endohormone changes in long branchs were dif-ferent between M9 stock and Malus baccata. According to the resulst,we can predict which stocks are dwarf.
