摘要
本文研究了霍山三种石斛生长期的内源激素GA、ABA的变化与茎高生长的相互关系。结果表明:霍山三种石斛茎高生长与内源GA含量呈显著正相关,与内源ABA含量呈显著负相关。合适的GA/ABA比值是影响石斛茎高生长的重要因素。霍山三种石斛中的矮生品种米斛的内源GA含量尽管也较高,但其内源ABA含量一直维持较高水平,尤其生长后期迅速上升,GA/ABA含量比值低可能是其茎高生长缓慢的原因之一。
The paper reported the studies on relation between content of endogenesis hormoneGA、ABA and stem growth of dentrobiums in huoshan. The results indicates that there is a significant positive correlation between content of endogenesis GA and stem growth of dentrobia in huoshan,as well as a significant negative correlation between content of endogenesis ABA and stem growth of dentrobiums in huoshan. suitable GA/ABA is a important factor that affect stem growth of dentrobiums in huoshan. Although content of GA in Dendrobium huoshanense is high, ABA always remains high content and content of ABA increases rapidly during later growth,GA/ABA in Dendrobium huoshanense is lower than others,which may be one of the reasons for slow grouth.
