摘要
概述了一种新型塑料成型工艺──气辅注射模塑(Gas-AssistedInjectionMolding)的工艺过程及其应用,由此可对气辅注射模塑有一个较全面的了解。并通过对气辅注射模塑与传统的注射成型扭亏为技术及其结构发泡技术的比较,阐述了气辅注射模塑的先进性和优越性。随着科学研究的深入及各项技术的突破,气辅注射模塑将会在塑料加工成型领域中具有重要的地位。
Some fundamental principles of gas assisted injection molding process are described in this paper.The benefits,limitations and applications of gas-assisted injection molding are also simply introduced.It will be clearly recognized that the gas-assisted injection molding as an innovative technology does add a new dimension to the design of plastic parts,which is leading to a new age in plastic molding technology and has its strong potential although the technology and process know-how is still in the infant stage.
