摘要
将两种不同的气道尺寸,利用Moldflow软件对气体在4种不同布置的气道内的穿透过程进行了数值模拟,结果表明:同样的气道尺寸、不同的气道布置以及相同的气道布置、不同的气道尺寸,其气体的薄壁穿透程度都是不同的。因此在气道设计中,应合理选择气道尺寸和气道布置。最后还给出了气道设计的一般原则。
Two different dimensions of gas channel were presented.The moldflow software package was used for numerical simulation of gas penetration through gas channel with four various layouts.The numerical simulation showed when gas channel with same dimensions and various layouts or with different dimensions and same layout the degrees of gas permeation were all different.Therefore,the dimensions and the layouts of gas channel should be selected rationally.Some general principles are put forward for design of gas channel.
