摘要
对塑料家俱制件进行了气辅注塑工艺开发与研究 ,考察了塑料转椅扶手的气辅加工中气嘴位置、熔体注入量、熔体注射温度、延迟时间、气体注射压力等对充模过程的影响 ,应用气辅注塑模拟软件 C-Mold对该制件的气辅设计和不同工艺条件对气辅制件的影响做了模拟 ,并和生产实际进行了比较。研究表明 ,气嘴位置、熔体注射量、注射温度和延迟时间对制件的实心段位置、表面质量有重要影响 ,而气体压力对制件质量的影响不大 ,与传统注塑相似 ,物料较好的流动性将有利于气辅制件的加工。应用 CAE分析可以较准确地得出气辅注塑的较好加工条件和模具修改方案 ,指导气辅制件的实际开发。
Gas assisted injection molding(GAIM) was used for the manufacture of plastic armrests. The influences of important parameters on GAIM were discussed respectively. CAE analysis was also carried out by using a set of software called C mold to match actual experiments. It is shown that the position of gas entrance, melt pre injection volume, melt temperature and delay time are sensitive parameters for gas penetration length and surface quality, and gas pressure is not a very influential parameter of this product. Polymer with high melt flow rate is easy to process on GAIM alike on conventional injection molding. It is also shown that CAE is an effective way to optimize the influence factors of processing and trial and error of the tool.
