摘要
本文用灵芝和金针菇子实体或经深层发酵培养的菌丝体和发酵液的有效成分配入包核杏或杏干中,研制出具有保健作用和风味独特的食品——菇灵杏和菇灵否肉,并对产品的研制进行了报道。
This paper,by applying biotechnology,deals with the development of mycelium and ferment-ing liquid of edible and medicinal fungi,and by mixing their effective elements with dried apricotor dried apricot flesh,the development of a new type health care food golden mushroom ganoderm lucidum apricot or golden mushroom ganoderm lucidum apricot flesh.It also givesan account of the ingredients and processing technology of the product。
