摘要
以Fusariumsolanif.sp.mori菌接种诱导的育2号桑枝皮经丙酮提取,抗菌活性追踪溶剂萃取得乙酸乙酯提取物活性部位,进一步反复柱层析和制备薄层层析得到M1、M2、M3和M44个植物防卫素成分。其中M2、M3;和M4经波谱解析和文献对照,证明为MoracinC,G和N。
The mulberry shoots of Yu-2 which were inoculated with Fusarium sclani f.sp.mori ,were extracted with acetone. The extract was then fractionated through partitionbetween organic solvents and water. Ethyl acetate extract,the active fraction,was fur-ther purified through column and preparative thin layer chromatography, and four phy-toalexins such as M1,M2,M3and M4 were obtained. Among them,M2-4 were identifiedas Moracin C,G and N by spectral elucidation and comparison with reported data in Iit-eratures.
