摘要
[目的]对桑树枝条(Morus albaL.)茎皮的化学成分进行研究。[方法]采用超声波乙醇浸提法和硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。[结果]从桑树枝条茎皮提取物中共分离鉴定出11种化合物,分别为:白藜芦醇(Ⅰ)、桑色素(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、槲皮素(Ⅳ)、桑辛素A(Ⅴ)、桑辛素B(Ⅵ)、桑辛素C(Ⅶ)、桑辛素D(Ⅷ)、桑辛素E(Ⅸ)、桑辛素F(Ⅹ)、桑辛素G(Ⅺ)。[结论]白藜芦醇是首次从该植物中分离出的已知化合物。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the chemical composition of Morus alba L..[Method] The methods of ultrasonic ethanol extraction and silica gel chromatography separation and purification were used to identify the structure based on the physical and chemical properties and spectral data.[Results] The results indicated that 11 kinds of compounds were isolated from extracts of Morus alba L. : resveratrol, morin, β-sitosterol, quercetin, moracin A , moracin B, moracin C , moracin D , moracin E , moracin F , moraein G .[Conclusion] Res- veratrol is the first time isolated from Morus alba L.
