摘要
语篇的界定是语言学家密切关注的重要课题.各家为方便自己的研究分别从不同的角度对其界定,故而时至今日,语篇尚未有一个明确的定义.然而,语篇的精深研究必须以语篇的明确定义为前提.有鉴于此,本文提出语篇的五个使成条件:信息性、语义兼容性、联想性、认知性和长度合宜性.
The definition of text is one of the major concerns with linguists. However, no consensus has been reached on its definition so far due to the fact that analysts of various schools define it for their respective research benefit. Nevertheless, it is a widely accepted truth that a profound research of text would be an impossibility without an unambiguous definition for it. It is argued in this paper that a text must satisfy five conditions, namely, informativity, semantic compatibility, associability, cognitivity, and length felicity.
