摘要
不同内切酶和外切酶活性的纤维素酶 ,在废新闻纸脱墨过程中对碳化水化合物的降解程度有很大差别。在酶法脱墨条件下 ,单纯的内切酶作用几乎未发现可溶性糖的产生 ;而内切酶和外切酶的协同作用可导致大量可溶性糖的生成 ,并预示着脱墨浆物理强度的下降。
Cellulases with different cellobiohydrolases and endoglucanases activities from Aspergillus L22 and Trichoderma pseudokoningii S28 respectively have different degradation ability on fiber of old newsprint. Under the de inking conditions, only endoglucanases treatment hardly results in the production of dissolved sugars. However,the synergetic effect of the endoglucanases and cellobiolhydralases could lead to a lot of dissolved sugars in the effluent, indicating the reduction of physical strength of the de inked pulp.
