摘要
采用正交试验设计方法研究了脂肪酶用于旧新闻纸脱墨时脱墨浆浓、酶用量、酶作用时间、浮选剂用量对脱墨效果的影响,最终确定在酶的最佳作用pH及温度环境下,采用12%浆浓、100IU/g干纸浆酶用量、30min酶作用时间及0.15%的浮选剂用量可使脱墨浆白度达到51.32%ISO,残余油墨含量达到6.58mm2/g,脱墨率达到68.1%。
We adopted the design of orthogonal test and studied deinking of ONP with the lipase. We discussed the concentration of paper plasm, quantity and time of enzyme treated, quantity of floatation reagent to effect the efficiency of deinking. At last we adopted that the pulp concentration is 12%, the enzyme quantity opposite in dry pulp is 100IU/g, the time of enzyme treating is 30min and the quantity of the floatation reagent is 0.15% under the optimal pH and temperature of enzyme. The result is that the white degree of deinking paper is 51.32%ISO, the quantity of remaining oil ink is 6.58mm2/g, the deinking efficiency is 68.1%。
