摘要
用扫描电镜对纤维表面进行观察 ,研究了酶处理对纤维形态的影响。结果表明 ,当酶用量较低时 ,纤维素酶对纤维表面细小纤维的降解作用可以使纤维表面变得光滑 ,而对纤维主体没有明显的损伤。但当酶用量较大时 ,纤维主体就会受到破坏 ,甚至产生纤维断裂。将不同组分的纤维素酶对纤维的降解作用进行比较发现 ,内切酶和外切酶的协同作用对纤维的降解作用比单一组分的纤维素酶更严重。
SEM was used to observe the surface of the fibers and the effect of enzyme treatment on the morphology of the fibers was studied. The results showed that, at low enzyme dosage, the cellulase degradation effect on the fibrils of fibers surface could smoothen the surface of fibers, which was perhaps the direct reason of improvement of the pulp drainability and the fibers body wasn't damaged obviously. But the fiber body could be damaged even broken down in case of excessive enzyme dosage was used. The effect of various cellulase components was compared and it was found the cooperation of endo-glucanases and cellobiohydrolases could degrade the fiber more seriously than mono-component endo-glucanases.
