摘要
运用心理测量法与心理实验方法,对体育院校大学生进行了18周的心理干预训练。结果显示,实验组经过18周的心理干预,各因子均分均有所下降,在躯体化、人际关系、焦虑、敌对方面有显著性差异。而在停止训练22周后,经过16PF二级指标的检验,两组在心理健康、专业有成就、创造能力、在新环境中的成长能力等方面并无显著性差异。研究结果提示:心理干预训练对大学生的心理健康水平具有短期影响作用,对人格的改变未能产生直接的影响。建议构建心理健康教育系统,实现心理健康教育科学化,提高心理健康教育手段的实效性。
Having conducted 18 weeks psycho-intervention training on college students by methods of both psychometrics and psycho-experiment,the authors find that there is a significant difference in students of psycho-experiment group in factors of somatization,human relations sensitivity,hostility and anxiety.After a 22-day pause,a 16 PF test is conducted on students of both experimental group and control group and sush fact is found that there is no difference in students of both groups in aspect of personality factors.Hence goes the conclusion that psycho-intervention training will exert short-term effects on college students' mental health.In has been suggested that a mental health education system be built so that higher mental health education will be scientized and the effectiveness of mental health education means will be improved.
