结合羊毛和大豆蛋白纤维各自优良的性能,采用羊毛纤维、涤纶、大豆蛋白纤维混纺,开发出高档大豆蛋白纤维衬衣面料。文章主要描述了大豆蛋白纤维衬衣面料生产中的染料选择、染色工艺流程以及衬衣面料从条染到纺纱、织造、后整理等工艺的主要技术要点。该大豆蛋白纤维衬衣面料系列产品既保持了羊毛纤维原有的丰满、滑糯手感,又充分体现了大豆蛋白纤维的特性。
