摘要
大豆蛋白纤维具有许多优良的服用性能,但其存在抗皱性和尺寸稳定性差的缺陷。文章采用物理抗皱技术,将大豆蛋白纤维和超细特涤纶进行混纺以开发大豆蛋白纤维/超细涤纶高档特高细号抗皱纱线,详尽地探讨了其纺纱工艺,制定了合理的工艺参数。
Soybean protein fiber has many excellent properties, but it has some defects such as poor crease resistance and dimensional stability. Top grade soybean protein fiber/super fine polyester blended fine rex yarn were developed by blending soybean protein fiber and super fine polyester, and adopting physically crease resistant technology in the paper. The spinning process of blended yarn was discussed in detail, and rational process parameters were decided.
