摘要
21世纪是新经济迅猛发展的时代,学习型组织能够适应其剧烈变化的环境,因此是未来组织的主要模式之一。学习型组织理论涉及到学习型组织的定义、特征、组织学习以及学习型组织的创建等内容,已经形成完善的理论体系。系统地回顾学习型组织理论,有助于明确目前研究的不足之处,并对企业创建学习型组织具有指导意义。
st century is an era that new economy develops rapidly, and learning organization can adapt to violent changes of environments, so it is one of the main modes in the future organization. The learning organization theory involves the definition, characteristic, organization learning, creation of the learning organization, etc., and it now has already formed the perfect theoretical system. Reviewing learning organization theory systematically can contribute to finding out the weak point of present research and directing the creation of learning organization.
