摘要
大学的可持续发展是社会可持续发展的前提条件之一,要实现大学的可持续发展必须建立高品味的大学文化,建设一流的师资队伍并使组织机动化。
Successive development of the university is one of premiss conditions of social successive development . To achieve successive development of the university, we must build university culture which has high class,construct first class teams of the university teachers and realize organization flexibility.
