摘要
目的检测肝刺激因子 (HSS)对人肝癌细胞EGFR/DNA表达的影响。方法双参数流式细胞免疫荧光技术检测肝癌细胞EGFR/DNA的表达。结果HSS下调肝癌细胞DNA表达 ,随时间延长下调程度逐渐增加 ,至 2 4h时DNA表达显著下降(P <0 .0 5 ) ;HSS迅速下调EGFR表达 ,作用 12h即呈现显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。
Objective To assay the effect of hepatic stimulator substance (HSS) on the expression of EGFR/DNA of human hepatoma cells. Methods Bivariated cellular immunofluorescence technique was used for study. Results HSS decreased the expression of DNA. With the time course, the extent of decrease of DNA was improved. There was a significant difference between the expression of control group and experimental group after 24 h (P< 0.05). HSS decreased the expression of EGFR promptly, and a significant difference was observed after 12 h (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression change of EGFR is probably one of the mechanisms of the effect of HSS on the growth of hepatoma cells.
