摘要
目的 了解掌握江门市直属医院内感染情况,对医疗机构消毒效果进行监测,促进江门市消毒事业不断发展。 方法 按《消毒与灭菌评价方法》和《医院消毒卫生标准》的要求对医院开展消毒效果监测。 结果 1998-2002年共检测各类样品3038份,合格2809份,检测总合格率92.46％;各类检测项目中,无菌器械(包)检测合格率达100％,空气检测合格率最低,仅为73.84％; 结论 江门市直属医院消毒效果监测合格率较高,并有逐年提高的趋势。
Objective To understand the status of hospital infection in Jianmen City, monitor the results of sterilization in medical institutions and promote the development of sterilization work in this city. Methods The results of sterilization in hospitals were monitored based on the requirements of < Methods for sterilization and evaluation > and < Hygienic standard for hospital sterilization > . Results From 1998 to 2002 3038 samples were detected and 2 809 were up to the standard with a qualified rate of 92.46% . Qualification rate of sterile apparatus was the highest and the inside air was the lowest, being 100% and 73.84% , respectively . Conclusion The qualification rates of sterilization in Jiangmen City are relatively high with a trend of enhancement year after year.
