摘要 目的通过分析2003年深圳市医疗卫生机构消毒效果检测数据,探讨提高消毒效果的方法与途径。方法深圳市及其下属6个区疾病预防控制中心对辖区内403家医疗卫生机构消毒效果每季度检测1次,操作及判定标准均按《消毒技术规范》、《医院消毒卫生标准》及《医疗机构污水排放要求》进行。结果除了室内空气、经处理的污水指标外,其他6项指标的合格率均在90%以上。经高压灭菌的合格率最高(99.15%);室内空气的合格率最低(85.57%);在全部22235个样品中,平均合格率为96.75%。结论2003年深圳市医疗卫生机构消毒效果各项合格率都比较高,对深圳市成功抗击SARS疫情作出了贡献,这与深圳市基本条件好、领导重视、措施到位有关;消毒工作质量与医疗卫生机构的级别、规模之间没有必然联系;检测消毒液的成分浓度,应纳入各级疾病预防控制中心对医院消毒效果检测的工作内容;室内空气合格率还有待进一步提高;诊所与社康中心同样存在医用污水处理的问题,也应该纳入各级疾病预防控制中心的检测范围。 Objective To investigate the method of improving the disinfection quality through analyzing the detection materials from hospitals and clinics of Shenzhen in 2003. Methods 403 hospitals or clinics in Shenzhen city were inspected and valued according to technical standard for disinfection, hygiene standard of hospital disinfection and hospital sewage by Shenzhen CDC and other six district CDC.Results Except for hospital room air and hospital sewage water, other six value items all have an eligible rate over 90%, including a highest eligible rate of high-pressure disinfection being 99.15%. Hospital room air has a lowest eligible rate of 85.57%. Within 22 235 detection samples, the total eligible rate was 96.75%. Conclusions The disinfection quality was high in Shenzhen hospitals and clinics in 2003.This, plus good hospital condition and municipal attention and efficient ways, had all contributed to the successful conquest of SARS in Shenzhen city. The disinfection quality has no necessary relation to hospital size and level. The analysis of disinfection .solution component titer should be absorbed into the work scope of center for disease control and prevention of each level. Hospital room air quality needs to be improved. Hospital sewage water was also a problem facing up to hospitals and clinics, which should be brought into detection scope of CDC.
