摘要
用盆栽方法研究非灭菌条件下 ,不同含氮量的土壤接种VA菌根真菌 (Glomusmosseae)对凤仙花生长发育的影响 .结果表明 ,接种VA菌根真菌能提高VA菌对凤仙花的浸染率 ,接种株的营养生长和叶绿素含量在低氮水平下明显高于对照株 。
This paper deals with the effect on seedling growth of Impatiens Balsamia inoculated with VA mycorrhizal fungi ( Glomus mosseae ) under the condition of non sterilization in the different nitrogen contents by pot cultivation. The result indicates that the method can increase the infection rate of Impatiens Balsamia and the inoculated plant is much better that the compared plant growth and the content of chlorophyll in the nitrogen content, the cyanidin content makes no difference in different nitrogen contents.
