This paper studies the effect to seedling growth of Mirabilis jalapa inoculated with VA mycorrhizal fungi( Selerocystis sinuosa ) on the condition of non sterilization by pot cultivation. The result indicates that the method can increase the infection rate to Mirabilis jalapa and the inoculated plant is better than the contrast plant in vegetative growth and the content of chlorophyll and cyanidin. It is explained that the method can promote the seedling growth of Mirabilis jalapa .
