摘要 [目的]为防治水体富营养化和重金属污染提供科学理论依据。[方法]采用室内模拟方法,研究大型水生植物苦草在铜胁迫下11 d内的生理响应及氮素吸收过程。[结果]Cu处理在前4 d能诱导苦草体内可溶性蛋白,但随着处理时间的延长,2个低浓度处理中蛋白含量波动至最初水平,而在2个高浓度中出现急剧下降。在暴露的第2天,出现了氮含量显著诱导或显著抑制现象(P<0.05)。苦草植株内氮含量整体呈现极显著增加趋势(P<0.01)。[结论]苦草地上部分和地下部分对Cu非常敏感,一定量的Cu促进了苦草的氮吸收。 [Objective] The aim of the study was to supply scientific theoretical basis for controlling water eutrophication and heavy metal pollution. [Method] The physiological response and nitrogen absorption process of macmphytes Vallisneria natans under copper stress for 11 d were studied by indoor simulation method. [Result] Copper treatment could induce soluble protein in V. natans in the first 4 days. But along with the treatment time prolonging, the protein content fluctuated to the initial level in the 2 treatments with low concentration, and decreased sharply in the2 treatments with high concentration. The Significant ( P 〈 0.05) induction or inhibition of nitrogen content appeared on the 2nd day after exposition. The nitrogen content in V. natans plants was extremely significant (P 〈0.01) increased as a whole. [Candusion] Aerial and underground parts of V. natans were very sensitive to copper and the certain amounts of copper promoted the nitrogen absorption of V. natans.
