摘要
本文通过研究SiO2质量分数、加水量、陈化时间、pH值、水解温度对陶瓷型强度的影响,得到了最佳水解工艺参数,为进一步改善陶瓷型的强度,提高工艺稳定性,获得优质铸件奠定基础.
Optimal hydrolytic process parameters are obtained through the study of the effect of mass fraction of SiO_2,quantity of water,time of aging,pH and temperature of hydrolization on the strength of ceramic mould.This study provides guidelines for improving the strength of ceramic and the stability of process.Thus,high-quality casting can be achieved.
