摘要
大型、表面形状复杂的镁合金制件大多需要在铸件基础上进行机加工,采用陶瓷型铸造镁合金铸件,不仅缩短生产周期,提高生产效率,且能在少无切削条件下生产出合乎精度要求的制件,从而降低生产成本。对镁合金陶瓷型铸造的生产工艺做了探索性试验,分析了镁合金的表面反应,并进行了反应温度的计算。
Machining is needed for many magnesium parts with complicated figure after cast. Manufacture of magnesium alloy castings by ceramic mould can not only shorten the production cycle, boost the production efficiency, but also produce parts with required precision with no or less machining which can lower the production cost. This paper introduced the technology of ceramic mould precision casting of magnesium alloy, the interface reaction between the magnesium alloy and the ceramic mould was analyzed and the reaction temperature was also calculated.
