摘要
本文研究了陶瓷型焙烧工艺对其发气性和抗拉强度的影响。发现陶瓷型经100℃以上的温度焙烧后,发气物质主要为物理吸附水。采用热型浇注,只需在500℃焙烧就可基本上消除陶瓷型的发气性。在1000℃以下的温度焙烧,抗拉强度没有本质上的增加。
This article studied firing process on gas forming properties and tensile strength of ceramic mold.It is found that the gas foring substance of ceramic mold fired above 100℃ is physic adsorptional water.With hot mold at 200℃, eny gas forming substance can be elimineted in ceramic mold fired at 500℃, There is not eny substatially improve in tensile strength of ceramic mold fired below 1000℃.While fired above 1100℃. tensile strength of ceramic mold incrcnsc obviously.
