摘要
指出道路交通事故处理现行立法存在的不足 ,重点分析车辆所有人的界定及其交通事故中的民事责任问题 ,就借鉴国外立法经验 ,完善相关法律制度提出若干建议。
How to handle a road traffic, especially how to define the possessor involved in the corresponding civil responsibilities is suggested with the prese nt China's legislative limitations and overseas legislative experiences, aiming at perfecting the legal system concerned.
